Crossfit – the most intense workout in the world

If you want to perform well, a balanced diet is essential. It is no secret that a high-quality diet is at least as important as a hard workout. So if you give 100% in training, you should do the same with your diet. In order to be perfectly prepared for every WOD, the body needs an optimal supply of nutrients. Before training, as after training. Maximum performance during training, targeted support for the body after an intense unit and a thoughtful use of the rest days. With this formula, nothing is in the way of success and you will shine to the top form in the next competition.

Crossfit is mainly about explosive and maximum strength while maintaining perfect body control and coordination. Therefore, the focus is on building and maintaining compact and powerful muscles. The focus of the diet must therefore be protein and amino acid supply. In addition, there are dietary supplements, to support metabolism and to be able to train harder. In addition, you should pay attention to the build-up of sufficient glycogen reserves and the highest possible creatine depot.

In the following we give you a recommendation which products can support you and when you should take them. We assume a normal WOD in the Crossfit, which usually takes place in the evening. If you are doing sports at a different time of day, you should adjust the times accordingly.

Ultimate Recovery

Give you everything you need after a hard WOD. Exactly the right amount of amino acids – mainly BCAAs and glutamine – provided as soon as possible immediately after the workout. This is the time when the need for BCAAs is particularly high, as the regeneration process is in full swing.

  • Whey protein (isolate & concentrate)
  • 2100 mg glutamine
  • 8400 mg BCAA’s
  • 100% of the daily requirement for zinc, important for normal protein synthesis and maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood.
  • with Tryptophan, for optimal relaxation

The big challenge here is to prepare the muscles for the extreme stress to avoid injury. Since high weights are often used, the strain on the muscle is enormous. Regeneration is the key word here. Supplying the body with nutrients and a lot of sleeping.

After the training is the best time to prepare for the next training. BCAA’s and other factors play an important role here, of course.

Quality is important to me, because if I do my best during training, I want to support success with good products.
